Delivery, warranty and viewing
Rumpus Arcade charges delivery per machine, in Australian dollars. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Times count from the day the invoice is paid. Delivery is to the ground floor of your home. Stairs, narrow halls and lifts are quoted on the call before the invoice is sent.
Machines run on 240 V, 50 Hz, standard 10 A plug, so a normal power point is all you need.
Warranty
Every machine carries 12 months of warranty on parts and labour on the machine as sold. It does not cover damage from moving the machine after delivery, spilled drinks, and wear on cosmetic parts such as decals and plastics.
To make a claim, email [email protected] with your reference number and a short description of the fault. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law stay as they are.
Restored and Fully refurbished
- Restored
- Worn parts replaced and the playfield cleaned. Small cosmetic wear stays.
- Fully refurbished
- Everything in Restored, plus new rubbers throughout, new lamps and a fresh coat of playfield wax.

Viewing
You can look at a machine in person at Level 14, 530 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Ring on (03) 5550 0142 or email first so the visit can be booked. Hours are Mon to Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and sat 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
