Rumpus Arcade Pty Ltd collects only what it needs to call you back and send an invoice.
What you give us
The checkout form asks for your name, phone number, email, delivery address and optional notes. The machines in your cart and their total are saved with it.
Where it goes
Each request is written as one line in a text file on our web server, which is closed to the public. We read it to phone you and to prepare the invoice. We do not record your IP address or browser details with the request.
What stays in your browser
The cart lives in your browser's local storage on your own device. It never reaches us until you send a request, and it is emptied when the request goes through. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tags.
Sharing
Delivery needs a name, address and phone number, so those are passed on to whoever transports your machine. Details are not sold or passed to anyone else.
Seeing or removing your details
Email [email protected] and say which request you mean. We will send back what we hold or delete it, unless an unpaid invoice or a warranty claim still needs it. Complaints can also go to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
