Short version: a request is not yet an order, and no machine on this site pays out.
Who sells
Sales on Rumpus Arcade are made by Rumpus Arcade Pty Ltd, Level 14, 530 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Requests and invoices
Sending the checkout form is a request. A sale exists once we have confirmed the machine and delivery details by phone or email, issued an invoice and received payment. You can withdraw a request any time before you pay the invoice by emailing [email protected].
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is charged on top and listed on the delivery page. Prices on the site may change, and the invoice carries the price that applies to your order. The cart total is an estimate.
Warranty
Each machine has 12 months of warranty as described on the delivery page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Use of the machines
Machines are sold to buyers aged 19 and over for private collecting and home play. They run in free play. They have no mechanism to accept bets or money, no payouts and no prizes, and they must not be fitted with one or used for gambling.
Game names and images
Game names and artwork belong to their owners. They appear here to describe what a machine looks like. This shop has no link with the developers.
